Refund Policy

When purchasing Halo products in store or collecting from store we offer returns within 14 days for an exchange or credit note only.

Orders placed online with delivery will have 7 days to submit a return (item must be received by Halo within 14 days) for an exchange or refund - returns at buyers expense or can be returned to store in person foc.

All items must be unworn with tags attached.
